Missing item? Something damaged? Don’t worry — we’re here to help.
To make things right as quickly as possible, here’s what to do:
- Log in to your Gambettes account
- Click on "My Orders" in the left-hand menu
- Select the order in question and click "Report an issue"
- Follow the instructions and send it off — done!
Your request will go straight into our system, and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible. You’ll get an email update once it’s in motion.
A quick note: You have up to one month after receiving your order to let us know.
Once your request is confirmed, sending a replacement can take up to 20 days.
