At the moment, delivery to a pick-up point is only available for orders placed on Le Tiroir (our online shop).
For subscriptions, this option isn’t available just yet. It may seem surprising, but that’s simply because our shop and subscription deliveries are handled by two different systems.
The good news? We know pick-up point delivery is a popular option (and rightly so!). We’re currently working on making it available in the coming months.
If a pick-up point address is entered for a subscription, there’s a high chance the Box won’t be delivered — and in case of loss, we won’t be able to arrange a replacement. To make sure everything runs smoothly, we recommend using a standard postal address for now.
