Want to skip a Box? You can.
If you have a tights subscription, you can pause the delivery of your next Box between February and the Double Box at the end of summer (August/September 2025 included).
Important: this only applies to the next Box. After that, your subscription will automatically resume.
What this pause allows:
- You won’t receive the next month’s Box
- You won’t be charged
- You can change your mind as long as the payment hasn’t been processed
Your subscription will automatically restart the following month.
The rules:
- When? Between the 1st of the month and the payment date (around the 20th–25th)
- How many times? Up to 3 pauses per year, one at a time
- Double Box? It counts as a pause
- Gift subscriptions? They can be paused too
- Changed your plan while paused? The pause will be automatically cancelled
How to pause your subscription:
- Log in to your Gambettes account
- Go to My subscription
- Click on Pause my subscription
- And that’s it — your next Box is skipped.
